Michael has been successfully providing and implementing professional lending advice since 1994 and more recently in 2014 expanded his business due to client demand into financial planning.

As a former local bank manager, Michael still enjoys meeting with and looking after his local community and their financial well being.

Michael continues to develop long term relationships with all of his clients and takes pride in his ability to create and arrange comprehensive financial planning tailored specifically to his clients goals.

Matt has operated in property since 2000 and finance since 2004. His experience includes roles as a property developer’s agent, property project coordinator, property finance analyst and business banker. Matt is proficient in multiple finance areas from home loans to vehicle finance to business requirements.

Matt believes in forging long-term relationships in which he understands his clients’ individual situations and long-term plans and aspirations. He believes in the old “Healthy, wealth and wise” adage, and to that end, as well as being a finance specialist he is also a part time fitness trainer and investor.

Shelda Elari

Shelda’s career spans over 40 years including roles such as High Valued Client Relationship Manager, Financial Planner and Lead Facilitator in financial legislation and services. Shelda has worked alongside legal teams to develop and construct financial templates along with policy and procedures. She has been awarded multiple client service awards as a result of nominations by fellow staff members. Shelda’s strengths would be her passion to help others, her initiative and knowledge of the financial industry.

Currently Shelda is working part time as our Client Services Manager and assists with the financial planning documentation, records and processing. Shelda has a strong eye for detail and is very passionate about ensuring our strict financial planning compliance environment is adhered to.

On a personal level Shelda has three grown children and loves spending time with her grandchildren. She is a past member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce which provided exposure to a cross section of business types, opportunities such as public speaking, meeting procedures and deadlines. Shelda has self published a book on her fathers life story and is currently writing and illustrating a children’s book.

Jodie Albanese

Client Service Officer - Part Time

Jodie is the first face you will see when you arrive at the office. She has a bubbly personality and enjoys putting a face to a name.

She is a former International Trade Finance Banker, working in the industry for 25 years before becoming a mum to two children in the last nine years, which she has found very rewarding.

Her time in the bank helped her to build great customer relationships and develop very thorough document review skills.
